The price is the price

You get the number before I start, and it does not change once I am there. If it turns out to be a bigger job than the price covers, I will tell you before I carry on, not afterwards.

No contracts

Nothing to sign, nothing renewing in the background. If something else comes up later, I am a text away.

Hardware is separate

These are my prices for the work. If you need a router, a mesh unit or a backup drive, you buy it and keep the receipt — I am not marking it up.

When it is not my job

If a drive has physically failed, that belongs at a specialist recovery lab, and I will tell you that rather than charge you to find out.
